I know many Linux users (Arch and Debian) who use K3b for KDE 4 long time and without problem (from version 1.68, 1.69 and now 1.70 alpha).
Does anyone knows what is the feature of K3b on FreeBSD. I asked once in the KDE mailing list but there were not any response.
Thanks.

Have a look yourself: sysutils/k3b. Contact the port's maintainer if you want to know when the new version will be ported.

Adding to what SirDice says, please note just by installing k3b, you cannot write cd's, dvd's automatically like in many linux distributions. Some permission settings need to be sorted out, to use k3b. For a comprehensive tutorial on cd/dvd burning please check the tutorial thread by killasmurf86 below.

I don't imagine that the k3b port in FreeBSD might be drastically different from the linux version. Anyway you can clarify as suggested by SirDice.

I use K3b for KDE 3 about two years on FreeBSD and it works. Yes it need a settings but as I remember also Linux need a setup.

I am burning now from console but for me is more "smooth" to use K3b. I don't want to install K3b for KDE 3 because I have now just KDE 4 and I don't want kdelibs for 3.
