Project : trying to run FreeBSD on the HackBerry Pi Zero / looking for an "out of the box" FreeBSD compatible display.

Hello to everyone,

Finally I've got my Hackberry-Pi_Zero at home and I've disassembled it :

Let's give a look at the pictures below. This is how the display (4" 720X720 TFT) is connected to the board (Raspberry Pi Zero 2W) :

I want to remove that display and to use one HDMI-USB-C display of the same inches (or maybe some less inches). In the past I've bought this display :

https://www.waveshare.com/8hp-caplcd-monitor.htm

what's good about it is that it is compact,it does not have an HDMI driver board separated and it works out of the box with FreeBSD.

For sure I can't use that 8 inches display with the Hackberry-Pi_Zero. I need a 4 inches and the proper size.

I'm sure that in this case,FreeBSD will be able to boot and run (yeah,that's my ultimate goal : install,boot and run FreeBSD on the HackBerry Pi Zero).

The dimensions of the default display used for the Hackberry-Pi_Zero are :

width = 7.5 cm
height = 8 cm

the new display should have more or less that dimensions and it should fit inside the frame of the "phone" :

So. To recap : I'm actively looking for a squared HDMI / USB-C display that can match those dimensions.

Please share some nice models. I've googled a lot already but I didn't find what I need,yet.

Very thanks.
