Solved Problems with Vim

Hello. I've been reading message https://forums.FreeBSD.org/threads/global-configuration-for-vim.60321/ and I am having similar problems. AFAIK, Vim was installed with FreeBSD, but I cannot find the @HOME/.vim folder, and so I am having difficulties installing all of the Awesome Vim (tm) plugins. Can anyone help?

I have ~/.vim. But I am not sure if I have generated it, it can be because I have had installed dictionaries for the spell checker and if I remember correctly I have had issues, too. mkdir ~/.vim and move ~/.vimrc to ~/.vim/vimrc should be enough. Do the same for ~/.gvimrc if there is one.

It's $HOME/.vim. And the directory isn't created when you install vim(1). You're supposed to create it yourself.
