print/system-config-printer package not pulled in while building KDE6/Plasma6 ?

Is there a flag in KDE6/Plasma6 build that pulls the print/system-config-printer package into to the desktop installation ?
the PKG enables the CUPS printer managment dialouge from the KDE system settings menu.

I built this PKG separately and installed it from ports.

this printer setup module to the KDE systems settings should always be installed , i think.
