Solved Preparing to install.

Hello,

With KDE/Plasma 5 coming to Ports soon, I am already preparing to (finally) move on my desktop to FreeBSD.

I cannot have this machine down for too long so, do I need to worry about what, based on dmesg?

The initial concerns are the usual ones: network (RTL8169S/8110S/8211), audio (Realtek ALC892) and video (Radeon HD 4250).

EDIT: I already saw the video card is supported but I do not no how good this support is in practice.

As I am not willing to use KDE anymore, I am marking it as solved.

I've had seemingly complete support with Radeon HD3450 on two different machines for several years. Now both boxen have HD 6450 and I haven't seen any problems there either.
 
I am keeping an eye on #kde-freebsd and the last time I saw something about ETA, it could be at the end of February or beginning of March, but with the actual status I believe it should be more like to the end of March.
