I have reuploaded my screenshot. Please have a look.

This is what happened.

1) I donloaded the FreeBSD 13 installation image
2)Burned the image to usb using etcher
3) After the installation was over installed 2 packages namely xorg & xfce (pkg install xorg xfce)
4) Added the line dbus_enable="YES" to /etc/rc.conf
5)Rebooted
6) When I used the command startxfce4 I saw that screen which I attached in my first post.
7) I asked for help in the #freebsd IRC channel.
I was asked to use the command pw usermod <username> -G video & echo kld_list="/boot/modules/i915kms.ko" >>/etc/rc.conf. After using these 2 commands I rebooted but nothing worked. I saw that same screen (screenshot).

I have only one desktop so its very difficult for me login to this forum or IRC if my desktop is down. I have installed Linux again.

I'd check drm, group permissions, and make sure your rc.conf file is configured properly. If that doesn't work, look into your logs.
