Solved Ports reverse dependencies x mandatory rebuild ?

Hi guys,

Last week I updated gb library from ports.
After that, I had problems starting php-fpm. Technically the php-gb extension cannot be started.
As I remembered that I updated the gd library, I did a rebuild on php-gb.
And after that, no more errors.

So my question: do I need to rebuild all reverse dependencies of every updated ports package?
If so, could Poudriere perform this action?
