Ports not compiling

I have problems compiling some ports on quarterly,
devel/electron25
devel/electron26
devel/electron27
lang/dotnet
www/chromium

Does anyone has also these problems. Should i enter PR in bugzilla ?

In a fresh 14.0-RELEASEp5 jail I cloned 2024Q1 quarterly branch. I compiled all of these except donet using default options for them and their dependencies, and they were all successful. lang/dotnet does not exist in 2024Q1 branch.
