Ports maintenance

I haven't tried building a port for years, but would like to try and build one at the moment. Looking at my /usr/ports/ directory it was installed over four years ago, and can't remember how it got there. I'm only interested in one particular port at the moment. How should I get it up to date? Or do I need to update the whole tree?

This, you also need the glue in Mk/ and other parts to be up to date, and it's easier to just update everything.

2. Delete the old content of /usr/ports
