pkgng, pkg_libchk

Hello,

I just started using pkgNG, and I noticed that it makes pkg_libchk not work any more because the data format changed.

I edited pkg_libchk and made a few changes that seem to make it work with pkgNG. I've included the diff here. Can anyone make use of it? It's just a quick hack job & someone should of course look at it first. I renamed the script to pkg-libchk.

You might want to send this to the port maintainer and/or file a PR if it's still not fixed.
