Pkg upg: py311-numpy1 conflicts with py311-numpy

Today pkg upg displays this:

and then proposes to remove KDE and a lot of KDE software. Is it possible to solve this issue manually?
The package py311-numpy1 is not installed on my system at all, why is it trying to install it?

This is a 404 until the "Load:" at the end is removed.
And how does it answer the question? Simply update the ports tree?

You should be able to do it by pkg delete -f py311-numpy && pkg install py311-numpy1 and then updating.
