pkg FreeBSD 14.1 RELEASE issues regarding some of the packages

Hello.
Yesterday I have installed FreeBSD 14.1-Release from official dvd.iso. After installing xorg from packages
I wanted to install kde5. Surprisingly if I issued pkg install kde5 I got: "pkg: No packages available to install matching 'kde5'"
Some packages, such as: cinnamon Desktop Environment were available but some weren't.
I went around that problem by changing REPOS_DIR=/dist/packages/repos and referencing to my local usbdrive, but some packages still are not available (remmina, thunderbird and possibly others). Is something broken in FreeBSD 14.1 repository tree?
Does anyone had simmilar issues?

So, this question pops up quite regularly. Here are some things you can check: Does the port still exist? Packages are built from ports, so check an up to date ports tree, cgit ports, or Freshports. Ports do get deprecated (older, EoL, versions for example). Or it might be broken beyond...
