Persistence in Live USB

Hi

How to create persistence in Live USB? Have burned 9front(plan9) onto a live USB, using .iso image.

Do i need to burn the .iso again using different options or persistence can be created in already burned live USB?

Can you explain what you mean by "persistence", and by "different options"? What are you trying to accomplish? What is a "live USB"?

An ISO is, by definition, a read-only medium. It is intended to be written to a CD or DVD.

CD/DVDs are set up differently compared to an actual disk image. That's why the FreeBSD install media comes as an ISO (for burning to a CD/DVD) and an *.img file to 'burn' to a memory stick.
