Stumbled on another interesting resource on the PDP11 - Arstechnica published an intriguing article (link), which led me to Professor Eduard Desautels Assembly Language Programming for PDP-11 and LSI-11 Computers, a book that was widely used in universities to introduce students to programming PDP-11 assembly.
