Solved pass fail2ban value to PF

Hi,
I have a webjail runing on sysutils/iocage that has fail2ban installed in it.
Could anyone please tell how I can populate my pf <fail2ban> table from the jail?

I know that I could run fail2ban from the host but I rather not if at all possible

Never run services that have the ability to control the pf(4) device inside jails, it's just asking for trouble because a compromised service could allow the attacker to overcome your PF firewall by modifying the rules and settings. Run the fail2ban service on the host.
