OpenBOX obmenu-generator

Just been watching an Openbox configuration guide and heard about obmenu-generator which do doesn't seem to exist as a pkg for FreeBSD, altough there seem to be instructions on how to set it up here . Is this likely to work on FreeBSD?

It is written in perl, so it could work. The only way to really find out is for someone to try it.

Looking at the guide it includes the following lines, which I don't understand...

 sudo cpanm Linux::DesktopFiles
 sudo cpanm Data::Dump

Would this need to be changed on FreeBSD?
