Solved Nvidia PCIE Resizable BAR setup works with RTX 3060 and 570.169 drivers.

I updated BIOS/Firmware on my shuttle SH570R6 XPC barebone. to version 1.08.
This firmware include the PCIE resizeable BAR function that allows CPU and GPU to share memory better than before .
the Nvidia Settings APP, announes that the option is enabled using 570.169 drivers,
the function requires a RTX 30 series or more modern GPU.
