No Shutdown , Reboot or Hibernate is available in my deskyop.

Hi all.

I have installed FreeBSD 9.1 64-bit on my laptop. and I installed XFCE 4.10 on my system.
Now, when I login to my system with a non-root user, I can't use Shutdown, Reboot or Hibernate. I have to type:
sudo reboot
sudo poweroff

How can I activate Shutdown and Reboot Items?

See /usr/ports/x11-wm/xfce4-session/files/pkg-message.in. Where you see %%LOCALBASE%% in that file, it means /usr/local.

What group did you use? Is the user a member of that group?

My user is a member of wheel group.

The question is really, what group did you use in the .pkla file you added to /usr/local/etc/polkit-1/localauthority/50-local.d/?

Did you also restart D-BUS after changing that file? Did you log off and back on again for the new settings to take?
