Solved Nextcloud broken after 13.0.1 upgrade

My Nextcloud installation is broken after the 13.0.1 upgrade. After the login the page keeps redirecting.

The port talks about 'Includes breaking rename of $WWWDIR/apps path' perhaps that is the issue. Can somebody explain what this means?

Fixed, following https://www.freshports.org/www/nextcloud/

  # cd /usr/local/www/nextcloud
  # su -m www -c "php ./occ config:import < /usr/local/share/nextcloud/fix-apps_paths.json"

You should never run a testing. Development or pre-release branch of any operating system on a mission critical piece of bare-metal , but instead spin up a virtual machine for test bending ot in the case of BSD a jail.

What makes you think any of this is a development or pre-release?

v13 is the Stable branch, v12 is Production. For some reason, v13 is in the ports. It would be nice if both were in the ports.

The big difference is they took out Googledrive and Dropbox support. I think someone is making a plugin that will bring the support back.

I haven't looked at it but I'm guessing v12 is a so-called LTS (Long Term Support) version.

It would be nice if both were in the ports.

If there's indeed a difference in support for v12 vs. v13 then, yes, I agree.
