Navigate virtual console

Hello, how can I navigate through virtual consoles? I want to move up and down the terminal. I apologize for my bad English.

First hit the scroll lock key. Now the console is frozen, and cursor up/down and page up/down scroll.

To switch between the multiple virtual consoles, use Alt and F1/F2/F3/...
