UFS MFI0 failed to get command Avago Megaraid SAS 9340-8i

Hi.

I have installed a pfSense 2.3.4 based on FreeBSD 10.3p19 on a Lenovo TD350 server with Avago Megaraid SAS 9340-8i controller running on raid 1 and it seems to work, but every once in a while I get the error mfi0 failed to get command and I do not know how I can solve it.

Can somebody help me?
