Memory and swap space

Who would have thought that firefox with a few tabs (less than 10) and wiresharking a 6GB pcap would trigger the OOM killer on a system with 16GB RAM and 2GB swap?

Thanks I should have included some "sarcasm" tags. Just one of those things "what happened to my windows" dmesg "oh OOM" top "hahahhahahha" note to self, wireshark of a multigig file can cause problems.

So the post was mostly just me poking fun at myself.
