I've searched many times for some guides on how to dynamically add and remove rules in pf. Not just adding IPs to a block list but actually adding whole rules, and then removing those rules later. What it always comes down to is "use anchors!" but it's not clear to me how anchors help.
I actually only have a small number of rules i need to add and remove. So if I made lets say three different anchors each containing different sets of rules, how would I toggle between them, making one active and the other two inactive? Or am I not understanding how anchors are supposed to work?
