I have managed to get the Broadcom BCM43224 wifi working on my Macbook Air 2011
and for bonus points i have it working with lagg failover
if im on ethernet and unplug the cable it switches to wifi
and when i plug the cable back in it switches from wifi to wired
i had a alfa usb card i could use with the Macbook air
but it was a pain having to change the int_if in my pf and restart networking etc
now i can use the built in wifi
and using lagg as failover device mean switching between wired and wireless is much easier
i had to install
and build a custom kernel
set a few options in my loader.conf, rc.conf and pf.conf
i have to write up all the steps
and ill do another post about it
and then add the link here as well
