Lumina keyboard layout and system monitor plugin

First, is it OK to post Lumina questions here? Or should I go to PC-BSD forums?

Now the questions.

I couldn't find keyboard layout switcher. I need to switch between English and Russian layouts. What other method(s) can I use?

I saw a new system monitor plugin (CPU, RAM, temperature, etc) was recently added to Lumina. How can I access this?

Since x11/lumina is in the ports tree, I see no problem posting questions about it here.
