LLVM dependency for PostgreSQL17 (14.3-RELEASE)

Hello.

Why on 14.3-RELEASE with base "FreeBSD clang version 19.1.7 (https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project.git llvmorg-19.1.7-0-gcd708029e0b2)"
package "postgresql17-server-17.5" still needed a new packages to be installed: llvm19: 19.1.7_1 [FreeBSD]?

It contains some libraries, that not contains in base 14.3-RELEASE clang?

I wonder why one port wouldn't and couldn't use the llvm in the base? Yes, I know that some packages do depend on llvm but don't know why instead of the one in base. Maybe the llvm in base system isn't intended to be dependency of some ports.
