Konqueror: Cannot initiate the http Protocol

Just installed 8.0-b2 and KDE4.2.4. Everything looks fine so far but Konqueror doesn't go online and shows error page instead:
"Cannot initiate the http Protocol"
As additional information it shows: Unable to create io-slave: Error loading 'kio_http'.
Firefox works fine. Strange...never seen that before.
Did somebody have similar experience?
 
That's usually caused by an upgrade of KDE libs while KDE is running. Logging out of KDE and restarting the X server will usually fix that.

If it doesn't, check the versions of the kde* ports to make sure that they all match. Something like # pkg_info | grep ^kde
 
Thank you. Indeed I updated png and dbus-glib seems after KDE install. I didn't update python26-2.6.2 to 2.6.2_1 though.
But since yesterday I turned the system off 3-4 times and no changes.
As to versions there are some packages 4.2.4 and some 4.2.4_1 - same like in ports (ftp).
Does any other solution exist besides KDE update/reinstall?
