keyboard option does not work in nome

Yesterday I remove KDE 4.4 , because of

gettext

and install Gnome with port master , some packages upgrade and some packages has new installation , SO I use Gnome right now and I think everything is OK , but when I go system section and choose keyboard option , after sometimes this option can not start and I can not choose another keyboard layout for my Gnome , and right now I can use only English , I want use Persian Keyboard too .
How I can active this part

Also check and remove useless dependencies.
KDE has too much dependencies and maybe a lot of them are useless for your system!

First make ports tree update and then try reinstall gnome.
Maybe this, solve the problem

Is for my lang so you should edit for yours.
If you mean that you can't because gnome stack , then try to update/recompile gnome but is not sure that will solve the problem.
Is just the first thing i do when i have a problem. Sometimes work
