Kernel panic, random outages (Realtek USB dongles)

Hey,
Pleeease, I'm just too frustrated and really tried hard, so please again, excuse my wording. I have 3 (three) Realtek USB dongles, USB-C, USB-A. I really tried to use them in my Xeon Lenovo P1 Gen 2 work laptop.

None of them is stable with 14.1-RELEASE :-((( Also tried different ports. Once I had kernel panic which, unfortunately, I was not able to document. The most standard way is that the dongles just stop to operate, for instance, a few minutes ago: (I can also document different errors.)

Code:
ugen0.4: <Realtek USB 10/100/1000 LAN> at usbus0 (disconnected)
ure0: at uhub1, port 17, addr 3 (disconnected)
ue0: link state changed to DOWN
rgephy0: detached
miibus0: detached
ure0: detached

My laptop has Intel card but Lenovo was stupid enough and did not put the RJ45 port there and I don't have that cable. So I'm forced to use those Realtek shits. Please, is there anything I could try? I don't know, maybe power management to be turned off or similar workaround?
