KDE4 can't change any Decoration.

There isn't enough info to understand what's going on ... the image you posted only say "Initializing.."
May be it is downloading some files ... slow connection ? .. slow server ? hard to say.

You could try to create a new user, and log in into the newly created account, and check for new decorations.
If the problem doesn't exist in the new account it means that some of your original user config files are messed up.

Is newest installation of system. Xorg was freak today, (missing xauthority file) at startx and sendmail show unexpected error (username something) Someone get in?!

I tried to create another account, but still is initializing...
