I'm not able to change any of my keyboard settings in KDE4 - I'm stuck with the default repeat delay/rate and a US layout.
I know I used to have a working GB layout but I'm not sure at which point it regressed.
In the console the layout is correct (GB) and has my high-speed repeat rate, as desired.
To be clear, the KDE settings panel allows me to change the settings, but they just have no effect.
I've ensured that kde4-l10n-en_GB is installed.
Any ideas?
