I'm facing a couple of issues while trying to install the Qualys agent on my FreeBSD virtual machine. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve them.
1. account validation failure, is your account locked? password required
I'm unsure if this is related to my VM configuration or an issue with the Qualys agent itself. My account doesn't seem to be locked, and I have double-checked the credentials being used.
2.Shared Object Error: I also encounter this error when trying to proceed:
shared object "libssl.so.30" not found, required by pkg
It appears that this library is missing. I've tried searching for solutions but haven’t found a clear resolution. I assume it's related to OpenSSL, but I'm not certain how to address it.
