It looks like this issue occurs in the 2023Q3 ports branch because changes in the main branch re-rolled files with the same name.

I opened PR 272776 to report this.

If you also have this problem on the 2023Q3 ports branch, you can work around it by copying the distinfo file from the main branch. I don't know if the other changes matter. If you know a lot about Haskell, you might be able to determine that.
