I want to build a application and use a Web-application as a UI-Frontend. The application needs to interact with the underlying OS and is for this reason not portable by default.
I want to use Freebsd as primary OS, but I my maybe out-of-date knowledge is that the java-port for freebsd is not exactly ready for production use.
Is this (still) the case?
I'd be happy if people with knowledge jetty/clojure/java on freebsd in a production environment want to share their experience.
