Interesting software technologies of our time

I'm interested in your opinion about promising libraries (compilers, file systems, databases, programming language features, etc.) that are worth paying attention to. Original programs that have a future. It is not necessary to write in detail what it is (but I'm interested if you write). Those who are interested will find it themselves. So here's my list:
  • MLIR (Multi-Level Intermediate Representation, LLVM Project).
  • HAMMER2 FS.
  • Language Server Protocol (Clandg is the most powerful of LSP AFAIK).
I hope you find my list quite promising.

Those of you who mention bytecode things should first look up Eumel and Elan.
All that is not new.
