Solved Installed tex-xetex and now Firefox fails to start

Following the installation of tex-xetex I get the following error when trying to start Firefox:
Code: 
firefox
XPCOMGlueLoad error for file /usr/local/lib/firefox/libxul.so:
Shared object "libicui18n.so.72" not found, required by "libxul.so"
Couldn't load XPCOM.

Problem results from pkg icu being updated.

A. pkg firefox was locked and prevented from being updated.
