Hello everyone, I’m new to freebsd (I used to use Linux, but due to the end of support for nvidia 340 drivers on Linux, I decided to switch to freebsd) could you describe to me the process of installing drivers?

FreeBSD provides two complementary technologies for installing third-party software: the FreeBSD Ports Collection, for installing from source, and packages, for installing from pre-built binaries
The FreeBSD Handbook warns that nvidia-driver-304 does not support xorg-server 1.20 or later. Does anyone know whether the same workaround is effective?
