improve man tag request

Currently man tag only search manuals in FreeBSD base system (not pretty nice)

It would be awesome admin, who would make it so that man tag searches in FreeBSD base and ports manuals (FreeBSD 7.1-RELEASE and ports not only FreeBSD 7.1-RELEASE manuals)

Or make new tag for this purpose (pman, for example)
 
I will handle this one, but I need to commit one change to man.cgi first. It's now pending a review from webmaster@.
 
Unfortunately I haven't heard back from webmaster@, so it's a bit stalled right now. I will try to poke them again.
