Weird as in, unusual for FreeBSD?

I haven't kept count, but there were at least two other press releases this year – April (Beacon Awards) and May (growth and partner investments).

Phishfry forgive the dumb question, but you mean publicity release, not problem report, right?
For me, I would have to say FreeBSD works as well as Linux, save for wireless on my Thinkpad, though Linux seems to have better battery life (subjective though, I've never made an actual benchmark.)
