Github used to have a pretty quick login timeout. As they should.

Now that they want me to mess with Github Copilot they logged me out once in months.

Saves me lots of time on the authenticator app. Just not sure that I am happy that this presumably applies to everybody and their security, given the number of supply chain attacks recently.

giThub keeps asking for more email addresses and we keep yelling at our screen about how any other address we give would take the exact same route to reach my mailbox

That advantage has more to do with "hype" than "AI"! If for example, instead of AI they wanted you to use their crypto-coins a lot, they'd do the same!

I am so glad the 2 OSes I use are FreeBSD and NetBSD. AI will be integrated into the BSDs when Hurd releases alongside X12.
