ZFS I did a reset now, my data drive is unmounted. How do I recover?

So as you can see I am kind of new to FreeBSD, I was having issues getting it on to the right IP address so I did a reset and now my whole set up has been reset and my drives full of 700 GB of videos is sitting there and I think if I remount with in the web tool I will lose all that data.

Is there a way to mount it and not lose the data or a way to back the data up and then do the set up of my server ?

When you turn off the system (or reset it) without properly shutting down filesystems are marked "dirty". Dirty filesystems are not allowed to mount and need to be checked. Use fsck(8) to clean the disks. After that you should be able to mount them again as usual.

Edit: Looking at the topic it would appear you're using ZFS. ZFS filesystems do not need to be checked, it's done automatically.

NB. Doing this on a regular basis is bound to corrupt the filesystem, potentially losing or corrupting files. Always try to cleanly shutdown (or restart) the machine.

It also appears (judging by the use of a "web tool") that you may be using either FreeNAS or NAS4Free. Those web interfaces aren't part of FreeBSD, and aren't managed/overseen by the FreeBSD team. You should direct your questions to the project forum for whichever you use.
