Solved How to use latex (texlive) ?

Hallo, I followed the guide and installed texlive. But now I have no idea how to use it. The common commands pdftex etc. can't be found. Do I need to do smth else? THx.

Have you set the 3.4.1 Environment variables for Unix?

For global configuration: /etc/csh.cshrc, /etc/profile
