How to mount_webdav with user permission?

Hello. When I try to mount_webdav dir, the contents require root rights after mounting. In /etc/fstab this line:

https://webdav.yandex.ru /mnt/yandex fusefs rw,late,mountprog=/usr/local/sbin/mount_webdavfs,username=<USERNAME>,password=<PASSWORD>,-F=/var/tmp/trace.log,-T=webdav,-T=httpreq,-T=httphdr 0 0

Can I change content permissions when I mount webdav?
