Recently , i have download fallout_new_vegas.exe, but when i unpacked file with wine , i have seen it:

If somebody know ,how can i fix this error, answer me please.

I need to know that you are trying to run a legal copy.

I'm not sure if this is a legal copy. I use it , because Fallout New Vegas is not on steam

I did some research on it they do point to some weird custom extractors which are probably not from legal copies.

I assume here this is the case and it might be easy to solve. But sorry, i do not support the use or procurement of illegal copies.

Even if your current situation makes it very difficult to acquire a legal copy.

With best luck you are able to buy an GOG key somewhere else and then activated it, unless GOG blocks activation's in Russia too.
