Solved How to create a global procmail file

Hello,

I use mail/opensmtpd MTA and I also want to integrate mail/procmail.

Now from what I understand I need to create a .procmailrc file in the home directory for every users... vi ~/username/.procmailrc

My question is, if the .procmailrc file do not change, how can I create a global procmail configuration file for all the users to use?

Is it /usr/local/etc/procmailrc or does it go in /etc/procmailrc?
Also, do I create a .procmailrc or procmailrc file?

Thank you in advance.
Fred

What's the purpose of procmail? Local mail is already delivered if your MTA has been configured correctly.

SirDice it is use for local mail delivery and relay to Google's gmail
kpa I take it that the same apply if it was installed using pkg install procmail?
Can you confirm
