Has anyone in here got certified on RHCSA?

So my company wants me to get that certificate but all my whole life I've sucked on studying and exams. I've heard that this exam is more than a questionnaire, a broken machine that you have to fix, which changes the whole thing because now the thing is actually practical rather than theorical so it's better.
So if anyone reading this post has certified (or tried to) RHCSA, could you please tell me how the exam actually is, some tips and stuff?
Thank you so much <3

Yes. RHCSA and RHCE. But your questions regarding a Linux certification, specifically Red Hat (and their exams) should probably be asked on a RH forum.

Short gist, you get access to a VM and have to work your way through the exam, setting up various services, basic (server) configuration stuff. RHCE for RHEL9 also includes a bunch of Ansible stuff. Tips, set up a VM at home, get the books and work your way through them.

I ask here because FreeBSD users are more smart than corporate linux users, and thus a better source of information <3
