Ahh I see the OP was modified after I posted. When I replied up in #1, the first post just said "." and maybe a bunch of spaces.
But seeing some bit of context now, the over/under has increased/decreased to 0.1.

Statistics are just numbers the people play around with to get the results they want, even when the data doesn't support the results.

Only biased statistic are wrong. In our modern world almost everything is biased, intentionally or not (don't know what's worse)
