FreeBSD10.1, conio.h how to use?

#include <conio.h>

I want to use getch(3) to replace '\b' to '\\b' in C.

stdio.h getchar(3) can't getchar when type Backspace !

conio.h is a header provided by MS-DOS compilers and its successors. It doesn't exist on any UNIX{,-like} systems.
