Hi, all. I need some help

I have FreeBSD 10.0 x64, can I builds prog x86? Like -m32

First, upgrade to 10.1:

You can use an i386 jail for building i386 binaries on amd64, for example with ports-mgmt/poudriere that automates the process very nicely. See my HOWTO here:
