Other FreeBSD equivalent of HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool

Is anyone aware of a FreeBSD equivalent of the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool ?

I tried to format a USB stick as FAT32 on FreeBSD but it didn't even show up on Windows.

There brut and sade that are programs capable of disk formatting. Brut is a gui and sade is a tui. Not sure if that helps.

    1    fat32  (59G)

I guess I've selected the wrong format for the size of disk......
